Online Workouts

Our yoga classes offer a space to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for strength,

mobility, or peace of mind, we’ve created sessions that meet you exactly where you are. From energizing flows to restorative

sequences, every class is designed to support your body and soothe your mind.

8 Week Workout Plan

These workouts are programmed for specific skill levels and types of equipment. Workouts are carefully curated for clients to be able to choose the best fit for them.

  • Utilizes a workout app to provide demo videos, regular check-ins, and feedback

  • Free consultation call to choose the right fit for you

  • Dozens of programs to choose from to suit your needs/lifestyle

Custom Workout Plan

Online workouts for fitness clients. These porgrams are tailored to each client and include regular check-ins as well as video feedback for form and more.

  • $150/month

  • Tailored for your schedule, available equipment, and specific needs and goals

  • Combine with in person services and receive a 50% discount on your program

Powerlifting Program

Powerlifting programs are specifically designed for clients who want to compete in a powerlifting meet. These can e eitehr 12 week cycles or in the "off" season to prep you for the peak cycle.

  • $175/month

  • Specific percentages (weight) for main lifts, video review of form, additional feedback

  • Regular app check-ins, tailored for your level and goals

  • Add-on services available for meet day/week
